Looking for a long-term sales associate for a professional sales position in our Plainfield Dive Shop. Phone calls, in-store customers, emails, and always looking for more business is part of the job as well as normal busy retail activities. A quick learner, great at multitasking, great with people, great follow thru, and with a drive for growth and success is mandatory. This is an extremely busy sales position, and not for those that don't like to be busy or that move at a snails pace.

With 33 full time employees, 43 Instructors, 2 dive boats, 6 Captains, and 16 people in charge of online growth, we are looking for another employee with our drive for growth and success.

Pay is dependent on experience and what you bring to the table, not just in your interview, but after you start if you get the job. Raises are given by performance, if you want to make a lot of money, we expect you to be motivated to succeed, and bring in sales and new ideas. You make more money when the store makes money off of you, this isn't a new concept, and we are looking for people that want to be here long term, and have a lot of fun while the company grows!
